Biography

Minjie He is the Managing Director of the European Institute of Law (EIL).

His background spans data analytics, strategy and the digital economy, with professional experience across financial services, technology and international business environments.

He holds a Master’s degree in Statistics and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, bringing a quantitative and interdisciplinary perspective to EIL’s institutional development.

His work focuses on research strategy, international cooperation and the application of data-driven approaches to legal and policy research, particularly in areas shaped by technological and digital transformation.

At EIL, he supports the Institute’s strategic development, research programmes and international partnerships, working to strengthen the connection between academic research, emerging technologies and real-world policy challenges.
